| What is it? |
| ROC ROI is continually creating
new and innovative activities relating to kayaking, and
is now offering 1/2 day, 1 day and 2 day trips along
some of the most beautiful lakes of the Pyrenees and
Pre-Pyrenees area of Lleida in sea kayaks.
Prior to commencing the activity, a brief explanation
of how to row and of the basic techniques is given so
that all participants can navigate without problems. |

| Kayak trips can be taken all year long, but our season
starts on 15th March and ends on 15th October. |
