Gorge walking for two in Alicante

Intermediate level - Canyoning Infern - half day

Description:

This is going to be a good experience for those that love this type of activity.

Technical descent consist of about 10 short abseils, a couple of via-ferrata type sections, a few scrambling bits, and some intersting walking. The amount of water in the canyon varies greatly, however we will qualify the canyon as a dry one most of the year.

The day starts at the PaddleinSpain Centre Group - located in Vall de Ebo - Vall de Laguar and our meeting will be on the gas station Cooperativa de Pego (Alicante)

You will receive your equipment,and you will meet your instructors. Afterwards we will drive to the canyon area  and once we get there your instructor will give you a briefing on safety before  being issued with your kit which includes wet suit, neoprene jacket, socks and helmet. We will have 30 minutes walking descent into gorge, 2 hours in technical section, 45 minutes for walk out.

Restrictions:

  • Minimum age:18 years 
  • Before your booking, please inform to the centre if you are exceptionally tall or overweight, or if you have any medical conditions, disabilities which affect your ability to partake in the activity
  • Canyoning can be affected by extreme weather conditions, if in doubt please check with the centre before setting off.
