The PADI Open Water Course is the introduction to the sport for those that are serious about learning to Scuba Dive
Description:
Scuba Diving can be your ticket to a new world - the feeling of weightlessness, the colours and the shapes make diving the world's oceans and coral reefs a truly magical experience that you can continue and progress with your whole life. With the Open Water Diver Course, you will gain a basic theory notions passing an exam, doing some diving exercises in shallow water in front of our facilities and some dives in Open sea. Always under the supervision of our PADI instructor.
In 5 half days or in 3 days and a half you will obtain the most popular diving license around the world.
The PADI is the world's largest and most recognised diver training organisation and with your Open Water Certificate you can hire equipment around the world and dive to a recommended maximum depth of 18 metres without an instructor. The journey that will last a life time starts here!
Restrictions
- Age Restrictions: Min age is 10
- Anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can take part in Discover Scuba.
- You must be able to swim 200m and tread water.
- You will be required complete a medical questionnaire upon arrival, if you answer yes to any questions on the Medical form you must see a doctor prior to starting the course.
- This is a weather dependent experience, that brave sea can affect, in this case the center will offer you different alternatives.
