This experience is for those who love hiking and be introduce in a different surrounding by the Andalusian culture. Another great day out for anyone looking to get away from the beach for a day, is to walk up the Río Chillar in Nérja, on the Costa del Sol.
This route takes us the whole day, and offer us an unforgettable experience of walking along a short but intense river, accompanied by teh constant music of its waters.
After two hour waliking, we will visit the awesome places where teh waters are squeezed up to heights of 20 meters and lengths of 200 meters heading to the way of the waterfalls.
The walk itself is very straighforward. You only need a good pair of shoes (that you do not mind getting wet), bring your picnic, water, sunscreen and its a linear route you can turn back the way you came at any point. Children love splashing round in the water, spotting various animals and higher up teher are several pools from which they can swim and jump around.
After a short break, we will go back, where our vehicles will be waiting to take us back.
Always with a local instructor that show us what the nature hides.

- We do not recommend this activity for children under 8 years.
- As this experience takes place outdoors, it can be affected by extreme weather. If you are in any doubt then please call the centre before heading off.
- Before your booking, please inform to the centre if you are exceptionally tall or overweight, or if you have any medical conditions, disabilities which affect your ability to partake in the activity
