Booking procedure:

All bookings in paddleinspain.com are held in good faith to the arrival and departure date listed in this reservation, at the rate specified. To confirm reservations, a pre-authorization must be done in advance to get your slots confirmed, once you proceed on the checkout, indicate your personal data, accepting legal terms and conditions and send your request and method of payment by a current valid credit card details, pay pal or Bank transfer to:

We’ll then get back to you within a maximum of 24 hours in regards to your requested slot.

Once your request is final confirmed you’re debited to us with a pre-payment authorization. This means that your bank takes a capture of the amount that the activity costs. Only once the booking request is confirmed, the amount is released by your bank to us.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. Cash payment is not supported.
Paypal payment has an extra fee of 4% of the total amount.

You will get the Confirmation voucher with all your planning trip confirmed : the Activities Center contact details, meeting place, time, activity/tour .

IMPORTANT: If you do not get our PaddleinSpain VOUCHER CONFIRMATION it means that your reservation is incomplete, or If we do not confirm the booking it means that the contract has not been made. Please carefully check the details on your on-screen confirmation booking voucher/email and all other documentation on receipt and inform us immediately of any errors. (Please check also on your spam folder, or contact us as soon as possible)

Payment Security:

It is important for you to know that whenever you provide us with personal details or credit card information, it is secure. Your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number are protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology as it travels through the internet

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be made in accordance with all our locations. Most of the rates and programs in paddleinspain.com may be cancelled without charge 72 hours prior to the schedule day of your arrival.

A cancellation fee of 30% total amount will apply to any booking cancelled within 48hours of arrival time (it means that the rest of your booking will be reimbursed to the same Credit Card the payment was done).

In case of a Non Show the cancellation fee of 100% will apply, it means that you will loose the total amount of your reservation.

Any changes on your booking before your arrival can be done without extra charge as long as not vary the total amount of your program.

Force Majeure:

We do not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by reason of force majeure. Force Majeure means any event which we or the supplier of the service could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports, technical problems with transport, governmental action and all other similar events…. and since March 2020 the ongoing global pandemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019 affects in all travel ways. It’s for this reason that our Canellation policy empathize with the situation and all the activities posted in our site are flexible to be refunded, change date, or get a voucher with an open date for one year.

Accommodation related:

In case of late check-in at the accommodation, your credit card details, given at time of booking, will guarantee your room in case of late arrival. However, if you are due to arrive after 9 pm, it is advisable to contact the hotel directly beforehand to advise of this. A contact number for the accommodation will be on your booking confirmation.

Activities related:

Activities confirmed by PADDLEINSPAIN.COM will only be cancelled if the provider of these activities decides to cancel because of weather conditions or level of the river. Money will be refunded or a different activity will be proposed to the customer.

Medical problems:

If you have any medical problems or disability which may affect your stay you must advise us before booking giving full details to our Customer Care Service. Your booking may be declined or cancelled in your best interests if your hotelier or we feel unable to properly accommodate your particular needs.

-Law:

Any issues arising out of these booking conditions shall be deemed to come into existence in Spain and be subject to Spanish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts.

Personal Privacy:

Your privacy is important to us and we make every effort to ensure that your privacy is respected at all times.

Complaints or comments:

All the centers that paddleinspain comprise are tested and proved and give us the warranty to get a customer satisfaction.

But if there is any complaint or comment regarding an activity at one of our centers of paddleinspain.com should be made in the first instance to the person in charge of the centre at the time of your stay so that can be resolved at the time

Problems which cannot be resolved there, should be notified by mail to our customer service contact at: customerservice@paddleinspain.com

Insurances:

all our activities are covered by the RC insurance and accident, only while the client is doing the activity under our supervisors in any paddleinspain centers.
However we totally recommend to get your own travel insurance while you are traveling abroad.

Taxes:

The rates printed in the price list include 21% VAT on the Peninsula

 

RENTAL EQUIPMENT CONDITIONS:

when you decided to rent an specific equipment through PaddleinSpain.com you must be informed about the conditions on each location. Previous experience paddling has to be prove under your responsibility on demand risks or level of difficulty

General INFO:

The rental contract is made between the customer making the reservation and the respective sports shop from which the equipment is rented. Any claims arising from the use of the equipment rented should be addressed to the respective sport shop. The rental takes place solely according to the terms and conditions below.

Regulation time:

THE MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD is 24 hours. – The rental days to be invoiced are periods of 24 hours starting from the beginning of the contract. After one hour or more, a whole day’s rental will be charged.

Payment:

The rental amount can be paid by:

    1. Online Payment The interine amount is paid online by credit card.
    2. Down Payment: In this case 30% of the total rental amount is paid by Bank transfer to:

      whereas the balance has to be paid right in the sport shop.
    3. No refund of the rental price can be guaranteed if the kayak equipment is received late on the part of the customer, or if it is not received at all for any other reason. The same is true if the customer returns the kayak equipment to the rental company early. A cancellation from the day of rental is only possible due to sickness or an accident
    4. In the case of sickness or an accident of the customer during the rental period, the following arrangements are valid, only on presentation of a doctor’s letter.
    5. A refund of the rental price is only possible if the rented equipment is returned to the rental company immediately after the onset of injury or illness.
    6. if point 1) is satisfied, the excess rent which has been paid will be refunded from the date issue of the doctor’s letter onwards
    7. No refunds are available without a doctor’s letter.
    8. Once you have been satisfied, the excess rent which has been paid will be transferred immediately.
    9. Delivery of KAYAKS outside of office hours will incur an extra charge, also deliver the boats to the different accommodations will incur an extra charge.

Collection and return equipment:

Before your collection and for safety rules:

  • Option A) The customer must present an identification (e.g. passport or driving license) and leave it on the sports center as a safety rental warranty.
    Or if not,
  • Option B) Or paying a deposit of 600€ in cash when you collect the kayak with a copy of your ID or Passport and your sing agreement.

The equipment can be picked up from the rental shops in Morning time (from Monday to Saturday) from 9.30am to 2pm and from 3pm to 8pm. From 9.30am to 3pm on Sundays
The rental kayak and equipment must be returned before close of business on the last day of the agreed rental period. In the case of the kayak equipment being used for longer, the difference between the actual period of rental used and the period of rental reserved and paid for will be calculated and will be payable on site.
Do not never forget on your collection your confirmation voucher – this document wil be useful to have the contact numbers.

Exchange:

A replacement for the rented kayak equipment is possible at any time, in the case you do not feel confident with it.

Usage:

The customer is responsible for the rented sport equipment and should only use it with care, according to its function and operating conditions. If the sport equipment is already defective when it is rented out, the rental shop can exchange the sport equipment or cancel the contract if it cannot repair the defect. Passing the equipment on to a third party is not permitted.
The customer must ensure that the kayak is only put down singly and separate from each other, or stored in places safes. Overnight, sport equipment should be stored in a locked placer room at the accommodation or in a locked vehicle.
Rented kayak equipment is not insured there is no insurance policy covering your rental. In the case of theft, breakage or damage due to improper use or infringement of the imposed duties of care, the customer is responsible for repair costs or replacement value.
