Feeling the surfer of the river.
Hydrospeed is an individual discipline and consist in descending a river, swimming with a gear very similar to scuba diving. Descending with a foam board and floating when is inside the water, using flippers you can run through the river waves and rapids like the best surfers. After a short briefing about signs and safety and some practice, an experienced guide that goes with his kayak teaching us, will lead you along the best line to descend the river.
Is the most spectacular and intense immersion in the river rapids.
No previous experience is required to do this activity but we totally recommend have been done any other white water sport, so that you are aware of your physical conditions and your reactions to powerful waters.

The best time for join hydrospeed is in spring time from May to June, but you can practice this sport from March to October.
